Automobiles in Germany's City Found Covered with Swastikas in Human Blood, Police State

Police stated they were contacted by a man who found a automobile in Hanau smeared with reddish liquid

Roughly 50 cars have been covered with what appears to be human bodily fluid in the German town of Hanau in proximity to Frankfurt, according to authorities.

Vehicles, walls and mailboxes were vandalized, sometimes with swastikas, they reported in a release.

Law enforcement report they were alerted late on Wednesday evening, when a man discovered that a car in the Lamboy area of Hanau had been smeared with a reddish-hued substance.

The substance had been drawn in the form of a banned symbol, they added.

Police then located many other marked automobiles and residential walls in the adjacent neighborhood.

These symbols are banned in Germany under legislation banning the visible presentation of Nazi symbols.

Officials say initial examinations indicate the substance was probably blood from a person.

"Currently there is no lead as to its source; investigators are currently not aware of any physical harm in relation with the occurrence," they commented.

Local authorities announced they were attempting "to solve the mystery" and have requested to the public for details.

A high-ranking representative stated the incident made him without words and required to be addressed promptly.

"This act strikes at the core of Hanau and reawakens the wounds of the extremist terrorist attack five years ago," he posted on online, recalling the murder of nine people by a assailant aiming at people of foreign heritage in 2020.
